Pancakes

Pancake

Wake up at 7. Go to the bathroom, dressing, combing. Then 30 minute for breakfast. I like my breakfast: I toast a milk bread sandwich, I make a sandwich with ricotta; then I cut a fruit on a cup and I add a jar of white whole yogurt. It's a long time that I want to eat pancakes at breakfast, but it takes too much time! So I decided to eat pancakes at dinner. ;-) I ate them only once in New York. Mine is less soft but too good enough.

Preparation

Mix the egg with the milk. Sift out the flour with the baking powder and the sugar. Add the flour to the liquid mixture until it became uniform. Warm a frying-pan and check that it was hot by putting a little bit of water on it. Put a little cup of the batter (I obtain 4 pancakes) on the frying-pan and cook the pancakes 2-3 minutes per side.

I prepared a simple cream to eat with the pancakes: I cut half of an apple (100 g) with 50 g of yogurt, then I springled cocoa powder on it for decoration.
